Privacy Policy

MyCircle Safe Location collects your real-time GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) only when you actively choose to share your location with a connected loved one.

Location sharing is never automatic. You must explicitly toggle sharing on, and you can stop sharing at any time with a single tap. When sharing is off, no location data is transmitted or stored.

Your last known position is shared only with the specific people you have invited and who have accepted your connection. It is never broadcast publicly or sold to third parties.

To create your account we collect your email address and any display name you choose to provide. We use your email solely to authenticate you and to send invitations to your loved ones on your behalf.

When you invite someone, we store the invitation record (your email, their email, and the connection status) so both of you can see and manage the relationship. You can revoke any connection at any time.

Your location and account data are used exclusively to provide the core feature: showing your live position to the trusted people you have connected with, and showing theirs to you.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics that identify you personally. We do not sell your data to anyone.

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Location coordinates are stored securely and are accessible only to you and the people in your circle, enforced by row-level access controls.

Each user can only read and update the location shares in which they are a participant.

When you stop sharing your location, your live coordinates are no longer updated. When you revoke a connection or delete your account, your associated location-share records are removed.

You can delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings panel. Account deletion permanently removes your registration data and all your connections and signs you out immediately.

MyCircle Safe Location is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect location data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided data without consent, please contact us so we can remove it.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because location sharing is fully under your control within the app, you can exercise these rights directly — stop sharing, revoke connections, or delete your account at any time.
